What's happening in the real estate market in the Greater Boston Area?  Well, it's very much like the weather!  It all depends where you are standing.  It's town by town, what price range and what type of housing you are looking to buy or sell.  Contrary to what you are hearing in the news, the number of homes coming to market are substantially less than what we all expected.  Single family homes in communities with strong school systems continue to fair well, even the luxury homes.  Condominiums have been hurt the most as their prices escalated to the point that they were competing with single family homes.  For an accurate assessment, since things are continually changing, please contact me directly and I would be more than happy to assist you.
